The mission of the York County School of Technology Buildings & Grounds Staff is to ensure that all school facilities are maintained and function to enhance the educational process. The York Tech Maintenance Team provides preventive and corrective maintenance, and is responsible for handling day-to-day building operations including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing needs. In addition to grounds keeping, the department also oversees all school athletic fields. The Department of Buildings & Grounds employs a staff of approximately 20 employees responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facility.
