Support Staff Application Materials

A complete application for support staff positions will include the following:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • Support Staff Application
  • Clearances (Click for clearance information)
  • Act 168 Disclosure forms for current employer and any previous employers where you had responsibility for or regular interaction with children.

    • Complete the Employer information at the top of page one and section 1, which continues onto the second page.  Do no send the form to your current/past employer.  Instead return the form with your application packet and YCST will secure previous employer information if you are the successful candidate.
