Occupational Advisory Committees
Overview
Occupational Advisory Committees, or OACs, consist of elected, local business and industry members who advise our technical teachers and administrators on how to best maintain programs that are responsive to ever-changing industry needs and standards. Members have a vital role in the overall success and quality of the technical education we provide our students. Meeting twice a year, members identify, verify and inform us on the tools, equipment and skills our students need to compete and succeed within their chosen industry.
By clicking on a specific program you will be provided with a current list of each program’s OAC members. York County School of Technology strives to provide students with a challenging, high quality technical education and we thank our OAC members for their contribution to this effort.
