I have been a Maryland State Paramedic since December 1987, nearing eligibility for retirement I have changed my career path away from being a full time Paramedic to the role of a Firefighter. Currently I am working as an Emergency Vehicle Driver / Paramedic on Baltimore's Rescue Company #1 as well serving on two specialized response teams Special Rescue Operations Team and the Hazardous Materials Special Forces Team. Anticipating retirement, I started working part time on my next career path teaching as a Level II MICRB Fire Service Instructor. Since obtaining my credentials I have taught over 300 students and finally found something I enjoy doing. I get to see some of you from time to time and even had two classmates from 87 as patients I have flown to shock trauma but would ratter hear from you while you are healthy be it in person or E-mail. I am still single and enjoying life. I am working with the Youth at Codorus church, currently which keeps me very busy. I work on any type of repairs done at the school including refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and any other situation which pops up.
