What information do I access?

  • Mandatory form completion: Demographics, Acceptable Use Policy, Health Form, Student Handbook Sign off
  • Absence Reporting:You can submit and view absence requests
  • Fees: You can view fees and payments
  • Food Service: Allows you to see transactions and make payments towards your student’s lunch account.
  • Grades: Both academic history and current
  • Health: You can view your student’s current conditions
  • Schedules: Your students daily courses
  • Staff Directory: Allows you to send emails to your student’s teachers
  • Transportation: You can view bus stop location and time of pick up 

How do I gain access?

  • By having a student already enrolled at York Tech you automatically have an account
  • Parents of a new student, you will use the same username and password that you created when completing your student’s online application.
  • If you do not know your username or password, please select the Forgot Username and Password link.  Then type in your email address and the information will be sent to your email shortly. 



What information do I access here?

  • You can see all of your student’s classes in one place
  • You can easily access course assignments
  • View due dates for assignments, quizzes, and tests
  • View important announcements from your student’s teachers
  • Send messages to your student’s teachers

How do I gain access?

Returning Parents and Caregivers:

  • Go to and use your existing login information

    Parents and Caregivers of New Students:

  • Go to
  • Click Sign Up at the top of the page and choose Parent.
  • Enter your Parent Access Code-- Your Parent Code will be given to your student on New Student Day..
  • Fill out the form with your information.
  • Click Register to complete.

Resources for Acquiring Low Cost or No Cost Internet


  • Comcast: Free Public WiFi - Free for 60 days on all Xfinity-branded hotspots located in businesses or provided to the public. Residential modems broadcasting the xfinitywifi network are not included.
  • Comcast: Internet Essentials - Free for 60 days if qualified, Speed increased to 25 Mbps down


  • All data caps are suspended during pandemic


  • Offering unlimited data during pandemic
  • Opening wifi hotspots


  • ALL current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming).
  • Providing T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot / tethering service for the next 60 days – coming soon.


  • Not terminate the service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer because of their inability to pay their bill due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Waive any late payment fees that any wireless, home phone or broadband residential or small business customer may incur because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Keep our public Wi-Fi hotspots open for any American who needs them.


  • Not terminating service if they are unable to pay their Sprint bill because of the coronavirus, and
  • Waiving late fees incurred because of economic circumstances related to the pandemic.
  • Customers with metered data plans will receive unlimited data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost.
  • We will provide customers with an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost.
  • Customers with mobile hotspot-capable handsets who don’t have mobile hotspot today will now get 20GB as well per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost.


  • Increasing data cap from 10GB to 30GB for Innovative Learning Customers
