Student-athletes planning to play a sport during the 2024-25 school year must complete the 2024-25 Sports Physical & Eligibility Forms before they can participate. Completed forms must be handed to the appropriate coach or submitted to the Athletics Department by dropping them off at York Tech's kiosk immediately inside door #1, which faces Pauline Drive. All forms dropped off at York Tech should be placed in an envelope and labeled, "Attn: Athletics Director."
Walk-in physicals can be completed at any WellSpan location or by scheduling an appointment with a family physician. Additionally, physicals will be offered at York Tech by appointment only on June 4 and July 24. Sign-up links for these dates are listed below
