Attendance

Parents and caregivers should report all absences, early dismissals, and tardiness by using ONE of the following options.

1. Enter the occurrence in the Skyward Family Access Portal.

2. Call the attendance hotline at 717-505-4744 and leave a voicemail.

3. Contact the Attendance Office at 717-741-0820 x5202.

If a future absence will involve an educational trip, download the Educational Trip Form at ycst.info/etf. Turn in the completed form to the Attendance Office at least one week prior to the first day of the planned absence. A letter outlining the educational nature of the trip from the student’s parent or caregiver must be included with the form.
