Overview
During the 2026-27 school year, when an order is submitted through the School Store's website, the order will be processed and made available for pickup at York Tech. After being notified that an order is ready, parents, caregivers, and students may pick up orders in the School Store during lunch periods, provided it is a normal school day (i.e. no early dismissal, two-hour delay, etc.). The pick-up window for normal school days will begin at 11:25 a.m. and end at 1:15 p.m.
Alternative Hours
Other hours may be available for parents and caregivers by appointment. Email techgear@ytech.edu to inquire about appointment availability.
Building Entry
Parents and caregivers must enter the building through door #1, which faces Pauline Drive. (Photo I.D. will be required when checking in at the kiosk inside door #1.) The person picking up the order must be able to provide the order confirmation, order number, and name of the person who placed the order.
Out-of-Stock Items
During peak ordering times, such as the beginning of the school year, certain items will be out of stock until they can be replenished. We anticipate that it will take approximately three to four weeks before out-of-stock items are once again available for purchase on the School Store website.
