- FAFSA Completion Nights
< Back FAFSA Completion Nights Current York Tech seniors and their parents or caregivers are invited to attend one of two in-person FAFSA financial aid completion nights. These sessions are geared toward students who plan to attend college and would like to apply for financial assistance from the federal government. The events will be held in York Tech's Media Center on the following dates and times. Jan. 10, 2024, 5-6 p.m. (Register by Jan. 4) Feb. 8, 2024, 5-6 p.m. (Register by Feb. 1) Space is limited, so those interested in attending must register in advance by the aforementioned deadlines. Registration can be completed using the links above or at ycst.info/fcn24 . Please note that one student and one parent or caregiver must attend the event, and attendance is limited to one of the two events. Computers will be provided during each session. However, attendees must bring their unique FSA (Federal Student Aid) ID in order to complete the FAFSA application. Those without an FSA ID should create one by at least three day prior to the event at this link . (Creating it at least three days in advance will allow enough time for the FSA ID to register in the student aid database.) The meeting on Jan. 10 will be offered despite the possibility that the FAFSA site could undergo scheduled, periodic maintenance during the first few weeks of the new year. In the event that the site is not fully operational at the time of the meeting, our consultant will present a slideshow about FAFSA completion for those in attendance.
