< Back Sports Physicals WellSpan has increased its prices for walk-in physicals from $15 to $40. However, $15 physicals will be offered temporarily on the following dates: Nov. 3, 2025 , 5:30-7:30 p.m., WellSpan Orthopedics West York Nov. 4, 2025 , 5-7 p.m., WellSpan Orthopedics Hanover These events are specifically for York Tech and York Country Day School student-athletes who are planning on playing a sport for the 2025-26 school year. Student-athletes MUST sign up ahead of time; no walk-ins will be accepted. If applicable, wear your contacts/glasses. Appointment times are first come, first served and can be reserved using the following links: Register for Nov. 3, 2025 Register for Nov. 4, 2025 One athlete is permitted per spot, so, for example, two siblings would need to reserve two spots. Physicals obtained through WellSpan outside of this event will be at the $40 rate. As a reminder, student-athletes who wish to participate in a sport during the 2025-26 school year must submit a sports physical on the proper PIAA form dated May 1 or later. < Back Varsity Jackets York Tech varsity jackets can be ordered through Athletic Lettering by following these steps: Play a varsity sport and earn a varsity letter Contact Athletic Lettering and inquire about a good time to visit the store, try on jackets, and place an order Pay the $100 jacket deposit to Athletic Lettering Once the jacket is ready, pick it up at Athletic Lettering and pay the balance. The typical turnaround time for jackets is three to four weeks. The basic jacket costs $225. which includes name, grade, and varsity letter sewn on. The word SPARTAN will also be on the back.
